ONE ON ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
Our one-on-one personal training provides clients with the highest level of accountability, motivation, and instruction to help discover real results. We determine your specific goals and create a training plan tailored to achieving them as well as building form and technique.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING CLASSES (8 PERSON MAX)
The small group training allows more instruction for the individuals involved and also a sense of camaraderie and encouragement. You’ll experience many of the same benefits of one-on-one coaching in a small group setting such as more personalized attention and effective training programs for all of the individual participants.
PRE-TEEN & TEEN TRAINING
Set up to work all aspects of core , balance , strength endurance and agility with your teen to improve on their overall fitness and enhance their performance in their chosen sport.
IN-HOME PERSONAL TRAINING
Flexibility of personal training at your doorstep. If you can’t get to us, Optimum Fitness will come to you.
